The Grim Reaper of The Zombie Gods… (Part 3)

I went to my knees and was holding my head as I was attacked within. That is the last I remember on earth for a few hours. I was taken to the planet that Woewebegone had trained me at. I was alone, yet I knew that I was not alone and that the Grim Reaper would appear when he decided to…

I had no weapons and I had no armor. I was naked as the day I was born and just as defenseless…

Then the Reaper appeared before me and he was in the same state I was. Naked and defenseless, except for our own two hands and feet…

Now a naked Reaper is not something that anyone else has probably ever seen. We all have seen a Grim Reaper and that tattered cloak with a scythe image. We that is the image that they present to humans and others in the Universe. But here before me was a Reaper naked as I was and I have to say he scared me…

He was grey in color and about 12 foot + inches tall. He weighed most likely about 750 to 800 pounds of solid muscle. His muscles rippled as he breathed and that alone was enough to make you wet your pants, if you had any pants on that is…

I looked at myself and I realized that I was no match without sword and armor against this behemoth. I was trying to figure out what to do as he attacked…

I found myself in the grip of a mad demon and he had his icy hand wrapped around my neck, as he tried to squeeze the life out of me. Then as I was seeing spots before my eyes as the oxygen was being cut off to my brain. I remembered how Girls with her Kung Fu can over power a much bigger foe…

Then Woewebegone’s teachings flowed back into my soul and then I did what any red blooded American would do. I stuck my thumb into the Reaper’s eye and tried to gouge his eye out. That made him let go and he backed away in shock. That will teach him to hold me up at eye level…

As he shook his head trying to clear his vision, I realized that fighting dirty was the only way to go and before he even had a chance to clear his sight. I ran up to him and kicked him in the private parts, that all guys have a weakness at. He was no exception and he went down to his knees…

While he screamed like a little girl, I grabbed his head and twisted it as hard as I could. I made a 360 degree twist and snapped his neck. Then all was quiet and I stood there breathing heavy as I tried to recover the oxygen deficiency from earlier. I wondered now what?

I then thought, “Kung Fu Smung Fu!”

Then I was back on earth and Ben was there holding me as I was throwing up and screaming in between throwing up. It was far from over and now the attack was from inside me as the Reaper tried to gain access to my soul and control my body…

I know only what Ben said and that was that I laid there in his arms for about 3 hours before he was able to reach into my mind and help me. I remember Ben standing next to me inside my mind and he was able to bring that wonderful Samurai sword that he loves. With that sword he beat back the Reaper and all the other souls that were trying to get out…

Then as I fell to the ground inside my mind, I saw Woewebegone’s soul take the sword up that Ben had and he flamed out into a bright energy ball that slayed death on anything that moved out of place in my soul world…

Ben took me and we came back to reality. Ben explained that I was almost gone and that I would not have lasted much longer. He said that he finally found away in and came to help. He also said that Woewebegone would hold off the souls until I could figure out what to do, but that Woewebegone could not do it forever…

I laid there as the pressure was released from me and then I could think again…

AS I was thinking a entity appeared before me and it was the sword maker who made my sword…

He had a huge axe in his hands and he said to me, “Cut me down and take my soul! I have a Reaper axe and with that I will keep peace within your soul, as you absorb more and more souls, we will talk later about the future. But for now I can control all who is there and yes even the Reaper! Just don’t go and absorb to many more Reapers please!” Then he smiled and bowed before me, with that huge magnificent axe clutched tightly to his body…

I heard him saying a prayer in his native language I assumed and he then said in English, “Do it now! I feel the Reaper’s power…”

With that I took his head off and once again the heavens and earth shook with a vengeance as I absorbed another soul into my battered inner soul…

Then all became very calm and quiet inside myself. I had not had peace like this for months now…

I fell asleep as Ben caught me as I fell and then two days later I awoke to see my favorite group of humans in the world. Ben, Girl and Dogg were so happy to see me awake. Dogg licked my face and then went to find a Zombie to pick on…

I smiled at the thought of Dogg picking on a Zombie. A regular Zombie would be so nice right now! If only all Zombies were just regular Zombies, what a good world this would be… 🙂

I saw that they had carried me to a forest and they must have walked a long ways, as I had destroyed the earth for miles around and they had laid me under a pine tree. I heard a moan and a growl and then I saw Dogg come running by with a Zombie head in his mouth. He was so happy and so was I as I then decided to think about what we would do next…

I could feel the Sword Maker inside of me as he protected me and I knew that he would fight to the end of the Universe for me. I also looked a Ben and realized from the beginning that he has stood by me and will always stand there also. I saw that Girl was part of the team now and she would not want to be anywhere else and last but not least. Dogg the Totem Dog, the raw power of the group with the strength to tear even the strongest Zombies limb from limb. Faithful and playful…

Yes I was a lucky guy and I decided to sleep some more as I dreamed good dreams for the first time in a long time…

PS: Coming up – The Plan to Escape Earth…

Flash Back and Catch up Time…

*** Now I will write, eat and sleep. Ben will drive for two days and it looks like I have to go anyway! Dogg has decided that it is time to stop and take a pee. He is such a cute little guy… ***

Well we did not stop in time and Dogg had a puppy accident as I grabbed him to get him outside. I forgot about those days and now here we are again… 🙂

I slept and had a good meal! Ben never has to sleep so I take advantage of that and let him drive! He is a Zombie remember. So now I will take us back in time a little bit and tie up all the loose ends that have gathered together, like a twisted ball of yarn played with by a kitty cat…

Lets talk about when Dogg came and got me the day we stopped on the side of the road and Ben and Dogg went and took care of the call of nature…

I ran after Dogg who was frantic and going crazy. As I approached where I last so Dogg disappear into the brush and deep snow. I had a bad feeling about what I would find…

I pulled my 444 Marlin from the being slung over my shoulder and realized that I had about 8 rounds of ammo and no sword. I twisted through the brush that was taller than me and stepped out into an open area that had a broken down cabin, Ben hung by the neck from a flag pole and Dogg was gone out of sight. I also found around 10 guys standing around Ben swinging from the flag pole and laughing. You see Ben does not just die like a human from lack of oxygen. He just hung there struggling and everyone thought that was funny…

I without hesitation, shoot the rope in half around Ben’s neck and as he dropped I shot three guys through the head. Reloaded and shot 4 more through the head! That left three guys alive and one pissed off Stryker. I used the rifle as a weapon and ripped the head off the first one and by then the last two woke up to what was happening. They tried to fight back. I grabbed the first one that pulled his gun and spun him as he shot. He hit his partner in the chest and he went down. Then he fell and shot me in the arm. I felt it go straight through my arm and miss the bone. That gave me an adrenaline surge like no other and I snapped the guys neck as I said, “That is for Ben!”

Ben was trying to get up and right then a helicopter hovered overhead and I saw a camera taking pictures. Then I heard a rumble of what sound like a big truck. Then two more helicopters appeared. I grabbed Ben and told him that we have to get armed with weapons…

We ran back to the truck and Ben and I gathered what we would need to survive with against armed men. I grabbed a .50 caliber Brush Rife. Ben grabbed his AK47. These men now knew we meant business and fun and games are over. That is when I asked Ben about Dogg. He said that they took Dogg inside the broken down cabin and from what he could tell this cabin was the entrance to a base. Like in the same as what we found at the old power plant long ago…

We heard a terrible yelp by Dogg and we took off running toward the cabin. That is when all hell broke loose. Men came out of the copters and trucks that appeared from out of nowhere it seemed…

Then is a blurry of activity and death, Ben and I dropped inside the door of the cabin and set up the .50 Rifle on its stand. The door of the cabin tried to close on us and I jammed a huge rock in the way. The door was 6 inches of solid steel that slid out of the wall. Then I knew we picked the correct spot. With the rock keeping the door open by about 7 inches we had a port to shoot from. Ben had his famous AK47 and I single shot huge holes in the bastards as Ben filled them with hardball, Russian style…

The floor behind us exploded upwards as a trap door opened and Ben spun and made the hero’s decide to keep the door closed. Then he pushed a heavy dresser on top of the trap door and came back to help me kill government agents. The trap door was silent after that…

The cabin was six inches of steel plate designed to look like a old broken down cabin in the Alaskan wasteland. The men outside were shredding the outer frame of the cabin off, but we were safe inside. Ben took a few hits in the chest but being a Zombie it did not affect him…

I realized that we had to take out the copters and trucks that the guys came in on. They made a big mistake and parked everything right sight of front door. As I shot the engines out of all the vehicles, they realized what I was doing and the copters tried to take off. One made it into the air but if you have ever seen a 750 grain hardball hit a rotor shaft at 100 meters while spinning. Then you have missed a real sight of destruction. I would say that because of this one crashed helicopter that we killed 60 guys at once. There was more screaming than I have ever heard before. The were not very smart and since we were behind a small opening they all gathered to shoot at that one opening. They knew that there was no other way inside at all possible…

Before that explosion of the copter had settled down, Ben and I ripped the door back into its wall and we stepped outside to finish what they had started. Two handed Chinese Broad Sword in my hands and Ben with his famous Samurai sword…

About another 50 very disorientated men later we had only one left and he was the commander and I knew him…

His name was Jack and he spilled the beans like a fat sack with a slice in the bottom…

We found out that we had been being followed and they were waiting for the right moment to grab us and remove us from the equation. It seems that we actually caught them off guard by stopping to take a pee. They had other plans and having all this happen near a base was not in those plans…

The fact that the first group caught Ben and hung him was what caused the whole thing to fall apart. These were a mixture of local and government that really had no business even capturing Ben or Dogg. They were given orders to stand down…

Jack trembled in fear as he saw my eyes and then he almost choked on his fear as I asked were is Dogg? He told us that Dogg is underground and being dissected. Dogg was to be killed as we were to be killed also. He said 25 men were still left in the base underground. I said well one is dead most likely, after I thought about Ben and the AK47 ripping the one in pieces that stuck his head out of the trap door…

Ben said, “What will you do with Jack now? He talked and answered your questions!” I looked at Jack and said, “You were my friend once! So I will kill you quickly!”

With that I took his head off at the neck like a hot knife through butter! I told Ben, “I always hated him!”

Ben looked at me with those eyes of a man who is not sure what manner of demon that he walks the earth with, as we hunt Zombies.

I just smiled and said lets get Dogg…

Then you know the story as we regrouped to get Dogg, so I will talk a little about what happened when we found Dogg…

We went back to the cabin/base and moved the dresser. Ben was very upset about Dogg, as you know from the past article. He ripped open the trap door we found a hand scanner that I recognized from my past workings with the government. I told Ben excuse me, then I put my hand on it. Unbelievable – the mechanism triggered and the hatch slid open. Now talk about luck and stupidity of the highest magnitude. I guess they never in a million years thought to clear old data bases of past employees. Or maybe I am still an employee, but regardless, I realized who is part of this whole government destroy the world Zombie issues. Later it would register with me that my organization was behind a lot of what is happening…

I just knew that right now we had to move before they realized that they had been breached. Time to slice and dice…

Ben went first as he mumbled that he can withstand bullets better than me and who am I to argue about that. He is a Zombie…

So Ben took enough lead to start a bullet factory as we removed the heads from 23 guys. We found the 24th guy in a room still cutting Dogg in pieces, then tossing the parts into a fire. Ben lost it and he must have cut the man into 100 slices of filet Mignon before he calmed down. I just looked at Ben as if to say, See we all have our moments! Ben looked down at the mess he made and said, “Alas!  An old adage says that when a civilized man captures a primitive cannibal, he may punish him in any way he pleases except…he may not eat him!” I guess I will not eat him…

Which really says a lot for a Zombie to say that…

I gathered Dogg up and we walked out of the cabin and that is when we met the Old Eskimo!

I will end here today. I will write in the next day what the old Eskimo has said. I said I will and I promise. We are just traveling to Anchorage, Alaska and all is calm finally. So I will take the down time and write some more…

Ben says, “HI!” and Dogg says, “arf arf” Dogg also says, He has to pee again… 🙂

Looks like we are going to have a long trip with all the little pee pee stops for a new puppy. What a time to be reborn. Dogg says he is hungry also…

My Dogg is a Totem Dog…

*** But never forget that Dogg was still alive. The next thing I know is that the Spider Zombie was screaming bloody murder and I saw he had a Zombie killing dog attached to the back of his neck and Dogg was ripping his spinal cord out as I stared through the bubbling plexiglass…

My thoughts turned to, OMG Dogg will dissolve… ***

I jumped up after tossing the plexiglass off of me and ran to Dogg as he collapsed on the ground. Dogg had just saved my life at my expense or so I thought. But I have to stop now and explain what I discovered about Dogg at this point…

Dogg stopped moving and I was holding him in my arms with tears in my eyes. He was my buddy and I would be devastated without him by my side. That is when I felt something strange happening to Doggs body and he turned to a block of wood in my arms. A block of wood that resembled a dog sitting on his back two legs…

Dogg looked like a totem pole in a small size… (See picture I took!)

I was lost as to what was happening and carried Dogg upstairs out of the basement, after I checked for anymore moving Zombies. I had a huge mess to clean up later…

I then looked up on my laptop about wooden animals in the shape of a totem pole. That is when I discovered what I think that Dogg was right now. I was not sure if he would come back or not and I was not sure what to do to help the situation. I spent hours reading about what wonderful creatures make up the American Indian totem pole legends and found this information to explain and maybe make it easier for us non believers to understand…

The Dog: Noble, faithful, loyal, teaching, protection, and guidance…

A totem can be the symbol of a tribe, clan, family or individual. Native American tradition provides that each individual is connected with nine different animals that will accompany each person through life, acting as guides. Different animal guides come in and out of our lives depending on the direction that we are headed and the tasks that need to be completed along our journey…

Native beliefs further explain that a totem animal is one that is with you for life, both in the physical and spiritual world. Though people may identify with different animal guides throughout their lifetimes, it is this one totem animal that acts as the main guardian spirit…

With this one animal a connection is shared, either through interest in the animal, characteristics, dreams, or other interaction…

I sighed and turned to look at the totem of Dogg. I thanked him for saving my life and promised that I would keep him around forever. I was so tired at this point that I sat back and before I new it I had fallen asleep…

Well as it seems that when you have hundreds of Zombies then you most likely have at least one more Zombie sneaking around. It just so happens that there was one last Zombie left in the old power plant. But it seems that I was so exhausted that I was not tuned in to the last Zombie…

I woke with a putrid smell and two rotting hands grabbing my neck. I was one second away from death as a being a human and just closed my eyes as a slimy disgusting mouth was about to bite my face. It was that close to the end…

Then a little ball of fire called Dogg exploded from over my head and knocked the Zombie on its back onto the floor. The next thing I knew was we were minus one Zombie as Dogg carried the head off to the corner of the room to play with. Dogg was in a good mood and looked like brand new…

I just set there shaking and really could not understand what is going on, but I do know that Dogg saved my life again. I understand that the spirits of the American Indians are still strong and viable energies on this earth. I was blessed to have such a powerful totem dog for my protection…

I call Dogg now my little guardian angel with an attitude…

Dogg looked at me from across the room and I could have sworn that he was smiling at me. I went back to sleep a much needed sleep knowing my Dogg was watching the home front…

Next article is more tuned toward an explanation about the place were Dogg and I live now. We had a good Christmas and have a very safe and secure home. It is bomb proof and no Zombies around…

Have a good holiday and watch out for the Zombies…

Stryker!

When I met my first Zombie(s)…

Hello, my name is Stryker and welcome to the Zombie Source Code…

I am not sure why I started this diary except to get the message out about Zombies. So since there is no true rhyme or reason to the pattern of the diary yet. We will start with, “When I met my first Zombie(s)…”

I met my first Zombie at a cemetery. I was visiting an old friend who had died in the war with me. In fact his body, which was in the way of the shrapnel, was what saved my life. So I felt that I owed him a visit on a regular basis after my tour of duty was over. It was during one of these visits that I met my first Zombie…

I can honestly tell you that I do not get scared easy so I do not panic and that is why I am still alive after all the fighting that I have seen and been through. I also have an inner sense that protects me in moments of trouble. It is those things about me that saved me once again. I just turned my head just out of the way of a swiping claw, that I felt coming my way and stepped quickly back to watch a very disgusting looking humanoid creature stumble and fall at my feet. It fell right on top my friends grave. Instinct took over and I looked around to see if anything else was about. Yes – There was! About 100 meters away near a clump of trees in the distance, was another lurking figure. I kept that knowledge in my memory for future reference and turned my attention back to the wiggling mass of crud at my feet…

I realized it was trying to get up and that it was a decayed body. I have seen plenty of decayed bodies but none of them ever tried to get up from the ground…

I put my boot on the back of its neck and shoved it back to the ground face down. I then took stock of the “other thing” in the trees and realized that it was starting to slowly coming toward me. Very quiet and like a slow turtle it shuffled my way. I stomped all 300 lbs down on the neck of the creature that I was standing on. The neck cracked like a dry twig and the head separated from the body. But the spinal cord was still attached and the thing was not dead just incapacitated. I turned toward the slowly moving humanoid figure that was sighted on me and scanned the territory around me looking for a weapon. I saw a broken shovel handle near a newly dug grave. I walked over and saw that down in the newly dug hole that it looked like someone had come out from the grave next to it. I looked at the head stone and it said Gertrude born 1910, died 2001. I said out loud, “Gertrude” and the thing on the ground exploded with activity whipping its head back and forth. It tried to get up again but the head ripped off completely and that ended its existence. Well I guess that was Gertrude…

Then I realized that even though the other one was very slow, it had reached me and I could hear a hissing noise as it tried to pump air in and out of its dried lungs…

I looked at it closely and  realized that it was literally harmless. It had no lower jaw, one arm was missing, a leg was dragging behind it and it only had one eye. I smacked it with the shovel handle and it fell into the open grave. It wiggled on the bottom as I decided what to do. I looked at the head stone that was already in place at the head of the grave. It said, Robert Wilkes. I said softly, “Sorry Robert” and walked behind the standing head stone and pushed it into the open grave. With a satisfying splat and crack. The thing at the bottom of the hole was suddenly very still…

I looked around for anyone else and contemplated about what happened, while I studied my surroundings for more issues. Having found nothing to get excited about, I sat on a big head stone and did some thinking’s. I just wished I had a cup of coffee, because I do my best thinking’s with coffee.  It was at that moment that I realized that I had just killed two Zombies…

I then realized that this looked like I was trying to steal bodies and decided to get out of there and go home. No one would believe me and truthfully I did not believe myself either. So I took the handle of the shovel and walked back to my car. I decided to stop at the local coffee shop and get a coffee. It seems that I needed a coffee right now… 🙂

This was many many years ago and it was the first time that I had seen something like that. It was not the last time, because once you have seen one (Zombie) it will seem like the saying, “When it rains it pours!” becomes a fact. Then Zombies seem to be everywhere. I never heard a word about this incident in the news and you will come to realize that you will never hear about these incidences. I have also decided that most humans ignore so much around them that they never stop to notice that Zombies are all around them, all the time. If a Zombie was fast and intelligent then we would be in trouble. Also if wild animals did not like hunt them and pick their bones clean, then we would have many many more around…

These are all issues that are changing and will be addressed as I continue my writings…
